I ordered the saying Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful some time ago. I spoke with one of your reps some time after ordering on a live chat and asked if I could order only the letter B as my kitties had gotten it off the wall and destroyed it. She was gracious enough to send it to me free of charge! I thought that was absolutely awesome as you just don't get that kind of caring or customer service any more.

Wanted to let you know that I got the order today. WOW! You have a wonderful work ethic! I ordered yesterday morning and I got them today! I wanted to thank both of you [designers Katie and Samantha] again for your efforts. it was a pleasure working with you . . . . and the designs are GREAT! Can't wait to get them on my walls. Expect orders from my daughter, daughter-in-law and friends!

Birdcage with Curly Branch & Birds Wall Decal

Their online chat helped me connect with a person! I am someone who likes the human connection, so for me that made all the difference. Every person I ""spoke to "" online at beautiful walls was helpful, courteous, friendly, and patient! No matter how many times I had a question or needed to make a change they quickly and kindly responded! I would (in fact I already have) recommend them to my friends and family!
